A sound bath is a listening and meditation experience with crystal singing bowls. A typical session begins with a brief introduction, followed by time resting on a mat while the bowls are played, and ends with a closing meditation. No meditation experience is needed. Experiences vary; you may feel relaxed or simply enjoy a quiet pause. Sound baths are offered for relaxation and personal reflection, and do not replace medical or mental health care.
